Purchasing for a charity fundraiser these magnums had to arrive on time - and they did (with plenty of bubblewrap to protect the bottle within the box). The ordering process (I phoned) was easy, friendly and backed up with email confirmation and plenty of stock. When I have a need to buy champagne again The Champagne Company would very much be my first call (and most likely my only call).
