never again

ordered two pair of bifocal glasses ( one sun glasses ) on the 15th may .before i paid i was told they would be in store on the 30th of may ......i going on holiday the 8th june so great paid .......also was told tesco would phone me when the glasses were ready to be picked up 2nd june i phoned the store to be told only one pair ,was told bu advisor we will phone you tomorrow 3rd june ...no one phoned so i phoned ,no sorry still not here .we will chase up for you never did so i the went in to the store 4th june sorry ot here ,,so i said if not here by the 7th will cancel order .so today 7th went in store told not her ,so was refunded .i paid on card so then im now told will be in my account on Tuesday.not happy have to wait another 4 days .when .........................YOU TESCOS HAVE HAD MY £235 POUND SITTING IN YOUr BANK ACCOUNT ,,im out of pocket with phone calls ..petrol and my time .......................MORAL OF THE STORY .................NEVER GO TO TESCOS OPTICIANS
