“Awful staff at Edgbaston Fiveways Birmingham”

Awful staff at the Edgbaston store in Birmingham Fiveways. Staff made me wait at the counter whilst they were chatting and giggling. Finally when served some while later the staff continued with their jokes, made me feel very uncomfortable. Each time I asked a question the staff ignored me and continued to chat amongst themselves. Finally was told they could not help me with my query and I should go to another store. why do tesco employee useless people who have no skills in communicating with the human race. Not a customer focused store.
