Waited for 10 minutes in a queue on the upper floor at the Burlesdon store, and told I was at the wrong will for paying. There are 4 tills for the whole of the upper floor in this Tesco Extra Superstore. I walked out, and left the goods. Asked to speak to a duty manager and has a stock reply that she would look into it. A more customer-centric approach would be to accompany me to the till, retrieve the items, and then help me pay.
