Ordered items saturday 21st aprill express delivery. Told will arrive mon23rd. Waited in all day got call at 16.30 to say would now be wednesday(not very express). Since then no contact from Tesco or delivery company and money gone from my account.
Now 15.20 thursday 26th no contact don't whats happening with the order. Very dissapointed as need this for tomorrows birthday gift.
I will keep sending emails until this is resolved to my satisfaction.
Chasing this up has already cost me two phone calls to yourselves and one to yodel.
Your customer service has always been exemplary until now!!!
