First, with regard to rating and recommendation above, this is about one aspect of Tesco. My local store (Mold) stocks some printer ink cartridges. My typical Canon printer takes five cartridges. They only ever stock two of the five cartridges. I contacted customer services to find out why, pointing out that just stocking two was pretty useless. Their response was literally incredible. They said it was probably because nobody ever bought any colour except cyan. The person who spoke to me said he knew nothing about inkjet printers and I couldn't persuade him that you need all the cartridges at some time or another! He asked ME if any Tesco store stocked them: I told him that the Extra store several miles away did stock all of them. It's obvious that this person was clueless and the experience displays total lack of professionalism.
