“Horrible customer service”

I made an order online, they didn't deliver it, did not call to let me know they won't deliver!I had to ring their customer service 2 wasting my money because they did not ring me back even though they promised. after 2 emails sent to their customer service and a few more calls, they still didn't solve my problem. When i checked my bank account, the payment has been taken out so i had to ring them again to ask for a full refund since i never got my groceries!! the fact that i told them i was a customer for a very long time did not seem to impress them! Anyway, i'm still waiting for my refund! will never go shopping at tesco again!
