I once believed Sainsburys valued its customers, but my expeireince with there carrier Yodel has convinced me that the opposite is true. It is impossible to contact Yodel over the phone. In my opinion any business that uses a carrier that is not contactable shows a disregard for its customers. Having now cancelled my order, I will never purchase another product from Sainbury either in store or online.
