Ordered and checked out on Monday night, purchased 6 bottles of wine, all on buy 2 for £10, 2 bottles of spirits, both on offer for £14. Arranged for delivery Thursday on check out.
Shopping arrived (10 minutes out of delivery slot) and found i had been charged full price for everything, so paid approx £30 more than expected.
I rang the Customer services team and was told the offers ended on Wednesday, and i should have clicked on each item to see when the offers ended.
I can change my order up until 11pm the night before delivery, so why cant sainsburys notify my that my order has also changed!!!
