I visited Morrisons in Derby to get some dry cleaning done and I felt like I was putting the member of staff behind the counter out by asking her to do my dry cleaning. The attitude displayed by this member of staff was rude and abrupt. If I'd have had the time I'd have taken it elsewhere. On a positive note the staff on the checkouts were friendly and showed that this is how customer service should be to people who use the store.
