Morrisons Harrow terrible design

Harrow Morrisons is on the first floor of a newly built block of flats, with a car park underneath. There is a small archway entrance on a main road that you can only enter from one direction, via a busy and frequently congested roundabout.
Once through the arch you drive past a ground floor car park and up a ramp to the first floor. The large number of empty spaces gives an indication of how unpopular the store is.
After leaving your car you are then confronted with a lengthy travellator that takes you uphill into the store on a higher level.
The store itself is not the largest but while it is clean and well laid out, many items I saw were a few pence more than the nearby Tesco and I did not see any special offers like Tesco has.
When I went to pay for the few items I had selected, to my astonishment the self service machine declined my card. The speed with which an assistant rushed over and corrected this suggested to me it was a common occurrence.
On leaving the store, via a down travellator (think of the mayhem you could cause if you let go of your trolley on the way down!) you can only turn left onto the main road, and travel some distance before turning full circle with little room on a mini roundabout, a dangerous manouevre in the face of oncoming traffic.
No wonder Morrisons are ailing nationally if they make such bad decisions as choosing a location like this for their store. To me it is a store to be avoided rather than visiting there with any regularity.
