I was extremely impressed with Morrisons delivery service and still am - you can't fault the service of the drivers. If there are any breakages they refund you and you keep the items. (eg. eggs). But I have just noticed that some items are over-priced and you can't get the same offer items online that you can get instore. (eg. satsumas and potatoes) You can only buy what is available online so you end up missing out on lots of offers. This is because the food comes from a massive warehouse miles away and not from the local store. Also there are limited options on fruit and veg. (eg. bananas - you can only buy 5 fingers for £1) - so not impressed any more and will have to look elsewhere.
