Dear Mr Philips,
Today I had the total displeasure of visiting your Loughton store.
Every month I pass through Loughton for meetings and often pick up a sandwich from your store.
However after todays visit I shall be looking for alternative places for my lunch and evening shops, let alone restroom stops.
Please find attached images taken today around 11.30am.
Images 3232-3235 taken from the Disabled toilet showing an un-flushed toilet, pregnancy test kit and filthy dirty floors and walls clearly not cleaned for days!
Images 3236-3238 taken from the Mens toilet showing an out of order toilet, blocked up urinal and the cleaning chart not updated as of today!
Image 3239 taken of the sandwich counter with minimal choice.
After a brief walk around the store, noting visible pallets at the end of isles and getting a feel of being in a warehouse and not a supermarket as I’ve seen at other Morrison stores. I left with no intention of returning to this poorly run store.
Your staff within this store clearly have no respect to hygiene nor customer care.
There is never an excuse that is justifiable to leaving the customer toilet facility in such an appalling state. I’m sure you will appreciate this being brought to your attention by a customer rather than the environmental health!
