We don't shop here often and are not likely to rush back. We picked up several buy two for a reduced price offers and NONE of them were honoured at the till. When we went to customer services the queue was massive -- I wonder why!), and no apology was made at all. I really wondered if this was a deliberate policy rather than a genuine error. We were marched around the store to prove our case, not brilliant as I am recovering from a heart attack!
