i recently bought a car stereo it stopped working after 4 hours i then sent it to Germany to be looked at i was sent a replacement this would not work too good with a radio signal whilst driving around the reception was terrible so i also sent this back to Germany but was told there was nothing wrong with the unit so if i wanted it back it would cost me 15 euros for the postage or they would dispose of the stereo if i did not pat the 15 euros i told them to dispose of it then why would i want a stereo that did not work they also accused me of terrorizing them with questions if i dared to ask where the unit was or what was going on so the top and bottom of it is i paid £30 for a stero that did not work and then got accused and abused by their rude staff via email i still have no sterio and was told they dont offer refunds or credit notes never again will i buy electrical goods from this store or anything which carries a guarantee
