I have been trying to ignore the poor customer service of Iceland for a while now due to their low prices, but I have finally had to face a reality that maybe it is time to shop elsewhere and pay a little extra.
Today I received a home delivery where my frozen food items had been allowed to defrost. This is totally unacceptable and dangerous. I feel that the staff are far too young; most of them are still in their teens. Does Iceland suffer from age discrimination? They have went downhill.

Totally agree about frozen food and the health issues associated with it being defrosted. You would have thought a store that is primarily selling frozen food should have systems in place to avoid this situation.
