Iceland is a great little supermarket which serve it's purpose as a small local shop much better than most do!
I like especially that prices are just simply very low rather than having to buy 3 of something to get the promotion. They only really do these promotions on products like the mini party snacks which you buy in larger quantities anyway. I also like how some of their home brand products have seen an increase in the quantity to add value. For example I saw 9 Jam Tarts for £1 the other day as opposed to the 6 you usually see for around 80p yet the quality is still great.
The stores are small and easy to get around. Whilst I wouldn't recommend it for a weekly family shop, Iceland is great to do a large shop there now and again since it's always so quick and stress free.
Have never had much experince with the staff, but overall they seem to do their job ok. I've certainly not had any problems like other reviwers have.
Overall, would get a bit tiresome shopping there each week but its great to do now and again or to just stock up or get some treats and intersting stuff. And like the name suggests, it has a great range of good quality frozen food!
