Filthy whole

Went into our local Greggs, (Gravesend)and was appalled by the filth and lack of customer service, at 15:00hrs girls were sweeping up behind the counter, picking up rubbish with there hands and then serving a customer! The toilets hadn't seen a clean in months, the manager, well I think she must have been because she was sitting in the office " doing paper work" There were no clean tables to sit at, even though there was only one other table being used! This store need to be visited by the hygiene inspector, I'm sure they would have something to say about the place. We will not be using the filthy pit again.
