I've shopped at Farmfoods for a number of years, and used to be a fan of their cheap prices for reasonable brands. They were so much cheaper than the supermarkets such as Tesco (and still are. However, recently they have put their prices up - 69p for a packet of fig rolls - no chance when they're only 39p across the road at Home Bargains. The bread offer (2 for £1.50) is still good though, but it does seem to be these offers that are the best value. I just think they need to be a bit careful, I understand times are hard and inflation is on the up, but if Homebargains can sell stuff as cheap as they do - I'll be taking my custom there.
