Ten days ago my Father who suffers from Dementia had a delivery. Most of the items were missing, so the delivery driver went back to a previous delivery to find missing items. He then tried to give them to us.
Called contact centre and store, after ten days still no refund. A refund was promised THREE times but that is clearly a lie. Spent 70 mins so far on the phone trying to resolve issue.
TESCO is at least customer focused......DO NOT USE ASDA.
