I don't have the words to explain how bad the service we received was. The staff don't seem to understand their own process. After the try on they told us that the orders had to be made online. When I went online the website said it needed to be done in store. When I returned and told them this they just said 'oh right, we didn't know that'. They offered no apology for wasting our time.
I warn you, you had better make sure all the extras you require (hats, cufflinks, shoes etc) are added when you place the initial order. If not you are in for a world of fun attempting to add anything later. It is 3 weeks to my wedding and I have spent the last 3 hours calling between the debenhams customer service line and the store we placed te order just to add shoes!
The staff seem willing and are trying to be helpful but unfortunately they are either undertrained or totally incompetant.
