This store wasn't local to me and the only reason I came to Well Groomed was because of the reviews. I live about an hour away and it was well worth the drive! As soon as my partner and I walked into Well Groomed we were made to feel so welcome. We had a quick chat about what I wanted and within 10 minutes I was dressed in tails wearing one of the best waistcoats we had seen in all of the stores we had visited. The colour of the cravat was a prefect match to the bridesmaid dresses and the suit fitted very well. I think the other reviews are right in that one of the benefits of using these guys is that some of my groomsmen live in Birmingham and Somerset and due to their network of stores, even though all of my ordering was done through Well Groomed, my men could go to their local stockist to get measured etc....the system worked really well for us.
