Don't go there

I have ordered 14 suits from moss Bros and never did I ever think I was going to get the trouble we have had. I don't even no we're to start. One staff member told me to get all the men together and come in that weekend(we were there on the Wednesday ) so we informed all the men off this, none of them live near the shop but all went along. Most we're turned away due to not having an appointment, when I rung the shop to ask why no1 told me it was appointments on the weekend the lady on the phone said ohhh just wait I will get the manager, I could here her talking about me to him wihich made me feel so small, to then have the manager tell me I was wrong it was my fault. My father wonted to cancel the suits as he did not like the way he was spoke to in the shop, I told him maybe it's been a bad day for them let's try again next week. 5 days before my wedding ( today) they are ringing my father in law saying he owes money?????? How I do not know. I have had my mother father inlaw brother in law on the phone saying they can't belive the way they have been spoke too. But to top all this off they have ask my brother in law for his measurements again as they have put the wrong ones in. So 5 days before my wedding I am now sat praying all the suits fit and that they haven't messed them all up. None of the men can collect until the day b4 so won't know until 24 hours b4 the wedding if my wedding party have suits to wear. I have not stopped crying for wurry. All the wedding has gone great not for one min did I think the suits would cause the trouble it has. They messed money up, sizes up and speak like they are well well above you!!!! What more DONT you won't in a shop. Panicking is an under statement. Thanks moss bros
