I purchased a suit online but it did not fit so I decided to return it and visit the store to buy one as they can arrange alterations, I was disappointed because I had found a discount code and made a good saving online. I returned the suit bought online via the collect plus service recommended by Moss on 19th June. I visited a store on 19th June, purchased a more expensive suit, requested the same discount offered online but was told there was no discount available in store. On 3rd July I received an email stating that a refund for the suit returned to the online store had been authorised and that it could take 3-5 working days for the money to show up on my account, possible a total of 3 weeks to get a refund! Be warned if you can't afford to wait 3 weeks to have your own money returned to you don't buy online unless your absoulutely certain you won't require a refund.
