My partner and I used Groom for our wedding suit hire. From start to finish the experience was a disaster. After SEVERAL fittings some suits still required alerations at the final fitting. On the wedding morning the best man had been given the WRONG suit jacket. Shop was chaotic, poorly organised and the Manager was rude, obnoxious and totally disinterested in us wanting everything to be perfect for our big day.
Terrible.
