Throughout my time at Barclay's I have had my card details stolen twice and They alerted me straight away and declined any transactions going out that were 'suspicious'. I got a new card the next day and my money instantly refunded that was lost. I have no complaints about this bank, the staff in branch are always friendly and the online banking is one of the advanced in terms of banking.

It's common place for a bank to do that. Do you have positive stories about increasing your overdraft?
