Appalling behaviour from tenants is acceptable in this building. The staff will not enforce basic conditions of tenant conduct as set out in the contract. If you complain about noise, your electricity being turned off at mains by other tenants, damage to shared areas nothing will be done and you get to pay for the damage. Shabby rooms and NO student support. (read more)

“Overpriced shoddy accomadation”

Ridiculasly overpriced, shoddy rooms and building. Some of the problems we experienced: paper thin walls, loss of water, rats and mice, cupboards falling apart, flooding from water leaks, homeless living under the stairs, constant fire alams (some times 3 a day), lifts hardly ever worked, rubbish heaters, only 4 washing machines for the whole building (which you had to pay to use and barely worked, could of put one in each kitchen)contract term much longer than uni terms.
