Sent in an enquiry about buying a car and they couldn't even be bothered to answer one simple question - whether it has Xenon headlights or not.

Obviously they are doing far too nicely (thank you) to bother with customers. We will look to another dealership and probably another brand.

Bought a car from Stratstone BMW, nice enough people I guess and my salesman was too but mostly seemd to have his head stuck up his **** when asked anything. To be honest I would probably go elsewhere for my next car to save the frustration

On the whole a positive expereince at stratstone BMW, I bought a 530 from them as an approved car. Only negative aspects were failure to touch up a couple of scratches which they said they would and I'm still chasing them for the HPI report. Sales guy very polite and always answers emails and calls ...

Stratstone Land Rover are not really interested in sorting problems
say one thing when it comes to sort it means another
waiting for there dealer princip to sort problems out from 2 years ago

Stratstone Land Rover dont have a clue what they are doing when the car was delivered had scratches on the back wing quite large ones have asked them to sort it out amoungst othe things from new goes in for a service comes out with the jobs still need doing there awnser we have to order the parts 2 ...
