i moved homes and told them my new address they failed to change it on the system, i gave them direct debit details to set up a direct debit, they failed to do this, i have now incurred over fifty pounds worth of charges and i am not happy. I tried to pay today to be told i needed to pay 69 pounds to bring it up to date and they would not remove any charges although the advisor somehow changed his minds and removed two charges when i made the payment. They failed to do their jobs correctly and i am being charged for this. Its an outrage!!! DO NOT TAKE OUT ANY SANTANDER PRODUCT!!! I have heard endless reports on how bad they are with everything. Also they use automated systems or Indian call centres you only get through to an english person as a last resort - so stressful and hold times are an absolute joke@
