opened up the account simply to build up my credit rating. as soon as the card came through the post, i paid off the money i owed from opening up the card, i then bought 2 other things off the card and paid the money back straight away (literally a mattter of 20 minutes and did it in store)
but trying to refister my card on the topshop website which is 'simple and easy' according to the assistant, is impossible!
all i want to do is view my oustanding balance to see how much money i need to pay if any to avoid bad credit, and i cant even register my card!
the website is rubbish for this.
furious, would never reccoment this to anyone. worst idea ever!!!!

I can't remember when I got persauded to get the topshop card ( it was at least a year ago) and I have been unable to register online too, and they can't tell you instore how much you have left on your account and (if I remember correctly) they couldn't tell me when I tried making a payment over the phone :@. Luckily I had only made one purchase and still had the receipt so I paid it off in full, but since then I've never bothered to use the card as it's too much hassle.

However, now I've learned that there is a dormancy fee (although when I asked the lady who was getting me to sign up for it, if there was any fees for not using the card she explicilty said there wasn't) I don't kbnow whether I should just go buy something before I cancel it, since I haven't used it for at least a year, but then I have another problem as there is no longer a topshop near me as it closed down. Absolute nightmare!
