I have had an outfit card for sometime and can honestly say I have not had a problem until I received my Dec statement.
I noticed 2 transactions that weren't mine so trawled the internet for a number. An hr later I was rudely told that I would be put through to another department. I told them I had been on hold for over an hr and didn't want to wait long. I was TD a customer service advisor would be waiting for me. Guess what! Another hr later ( I had cooked tea and done loads of Ironing in this time). I was then told the fraud section was closed and I would have to ring back the next day and they didn't have a direct line.
I decided to trawl the internet again for an email address even though I had been told there wasn't one.
Found it and emailed them.
2 days later I was told by email that outfit had nothing to do with peacocks and would need to take it up with them. I may not be the brightest button but knew this to be rubbish as I regularly use our Cottingham branch regularly for my grandkids clothes.
I replied again telling them this and now been told to contact Newday.
Dreadful, dreadful service.
