Opened a Burtons account for my son last yr.payed the full amount when i received the statement but they kept saying i was in arrears,after sending 2 cheques i ended up phoning and paying over the phone because according to them they had not received either cheques.
You would have thought i would have learnt my lesson and opened a Dorothy Pperkins account last month not realising that they are both run by New Day.the same thing happened sent a cheque that misteriously vanished,had a automated phone call to say i was in arrears.after phoning them same old...no cheque received so ended up paying over the phone.this time asked them to close my account as they dont know what they are doing .complete incompitence by all at New Day.Please dont open an account with these jokers.shambles#idiots.
