I applied for a Debenhams card today to get a 10% discount after applying on line I did not receive an Email from New Day so I spoke to them they gave me card details when I used them I did not get my 10% so cancelled my order then spoke to New Day and was told I would have to wait 2 hours for Email well 31/2 hours later no Email so spoke to New Day and after waiting for nearly 10 minutes told them to cancel my application do not even try they are a disgrace to Debenhams
