left waiting on the line until somebody finally answered then could not understand them. Debenhams statements are not itemised cant see what you have bought had to sit and work out amount that added up to receipt.when asked Debenhams why they do this they told me to ring Santander as its nothing to do with them! certainly not going to waste any more money on a phone call so sorry I took it out
