Indian Call centre do not understand a word of English , I set up a direct debit and it never got set up they immediately charge you and overpayment of £12.00 you can't argue with them as they don't understand , just spoke to someone British there and doesnt matter that I set it up 3 times now there right !!!! So all in the discount you get they take it back by calling you a liar , unfortunately I need to leave a star as don't get option to leave none

They did the same to me. I rung my bank and found out the direct debit was set up in plenty of time.
