Me and my wife have had this card for 6 months, in this six months we have never been able to register the card online to check the balance, we have been working the balance out in our heads and the occasional very late monthly statement, we have called vanquis (the argos credit card is a rebranded vanquis card) on repeated occasions to try get to the bottom of not being able to register the card online and every time been told there is no problems on their end, only after escalating the a complaint did they tell us that they do not support the rebranded argos cards on their online account management and only then were we told how we could find the balance via phone. we have always paid more than the minimum payment and clear the entire balance every other month, we were due for a limit increase this month and have since been denied because we went over limit by 73p! (the only time we have ever gone over) I have also asked for a signed copy of our agreement to which they have refused and said we would have to pay £1 to obtain an unsigned copy of the agreement. we are clearing the entire balance this month and going elsewhere. Also, we shall be going to the financial ombudsman and office of fair trade. STAY AWAY FROM THIS ONE, ITS UTTER CRAP!!!!
