A wonderful experience from start to finish. Easy to understand, friendly (non patronising staff) really helped me understand what I was getting into. Would thoroughly recommend it to first time gold buyers.
I have also told a few of my more affluent friends who would be more aligned to buying in bullion. Even people with money have minimal experience or doubts in how to go about purchasing gold. Plus it sounds great around the friends re-united dinner table when you start talking about your bullion assets haha!
In saying that i think there could be a sub-platform that just looked after high rollers as well, adopting the same simple language but more exclusive with added benefits.

All in all for me it will be great fun dipping my toe in the gold world, low risk investment and I will be soon working my way towards my first bullion,
