i was customers for years with these, and when capitalone took it over i knew, it would be bad, finally it happened, i asked thenm to sell and close account, they said they would and mail my proceeds, it didnt happen, i called again, it didnt happen, now i got graphic, it finally happened, this is not the worst online broker,m i am with tradeking , they answer the phone and my questions and do trades while i i wait,,,confirmation emails sent
