Trying to open a SIPP with them and give them my money! At first I got locked out of account and couldn't reset the password. Was then forced to call their 0845 number (which no one ever answers!) to get the account re-opened, still struggled to log in with support on the phone as their website is terribly designed. Now trying to actually deposit some money in said SIPP account, I've given the run around by (terrible) customer service giving me contradictory information. I wanted to take advantage of their decent rates for trading and SIPP management but I think the lack of customer service and poor website design means they will lose out. I think I'll take my money to Fidelity instead... Avoid!
