I have been using these since last October. It was easy to set up and generally trading has been fine. However if anything out of the ordinary happens they are awful.

They take days to get back to you (which if you are trading is not good), they cocked up a PID (when i called they didn't know anything about it), they told me tax certificates would be out in 2 weeks (this was mid May) when i asked...still nothing (the website said June but now says 'we have no idea'.

And as has been documented they are now charging £20/quarter. In fairness you get this back if you trade a lot, but if you use the sharebuilding scheme it screws you over.

There are better out there!
