These guys take the biscuit

* Charge £20 pound a quarter for a service fee

* Unable to change my current account for the last 2 weeks
* Still not able to give tax certificates for the last year - did say they would do it by the end of June and now no date......

So seriously considering taking my accounts from them....useless
