Purchased Shares through this Company, sent out eventually by post. Now Certificates have been lost by Royal Mail in transit to our brokers! Phoned Equiniti who assured me they would send a letter of indemnity first class in the post. Now told it would be at least 5 working days as "different departments deal with different things" - no kidding! Shocking service. Would certainly never ever deal with them again.
