Awful company

They are the worst company I have ever dealt with.

I was forced to try and use them due for a stock sale due to owning shares of a company using them. After setting up an account and putting in a sell order a week later I noticed it hadn't executed. After multiple attempts to talk to someone I was told this was due to the sale being over 10k and they needed more personal information. No one ever informed me of this beforehand or contacted me afterwards till I noticed!

I am now in the process of trasferring my shares out into another dealers account. Thru out this whole ideal Equiniti have been hard to get hold of and staff have not had a clue or cared about the stress they have put me thru.

I feel soe of their practices are borderline illegal.
