Bullion by Post delivered my gold as expected. However, their payment system (provided by SAGE) is atrocious. I highly recommend using bank transfer to pay BbP, as using the Debit Card option led to my account being charged THREE times despite the system stating it did not go through.
My bank then held THREE times the amount I wanted to spend in limbo, where it was not available in my account and neither with BbP. Both BbP and my bank said there was nothing they could do, and so for almost 10 days I was without any form of funds. To be fair BbP were contactable throughout, despite them being helpless to to the situation. If I was them I would not offer Debit Card payment via the SAGE system.
