Item: Stephen King, Salem\'s Lot
I really enjoyed reading Stephen King's, Salem's Lot. Suspense and mystery is built and developed very well. This book really makes you scared and awaiting what happens next. You can become attatched to the characters. Excellent

Item: Stephen King, The Dark Tower: Gunslinger
This is a fantastic book to start a fantastic series. What's challenging about it is that much of it sets up Books 2, 3 and 4 and some readers want more instant gratification in their read.

Item: Stephen King, It
This is the first Stephen King book I ever read, and it is by far my favorite right now (I have also read Salem's Lot, Rage, Road Work, and The Long Walk). It also houses some of my favorite literary characters of all time, including Ben Hanscom and Bill Denbrough. This is more than just a gory, senseless horror novel: it is also a sensitive, coming-of-age story of seven misfit children. Its not enthusiastic enough that make the reader feel he can't stop reading .!!!
and i see that stroy doesn't server the goal exactly.
