Don't buy it!

I watched a live demo. It ironed through layers of wrinkled fabric, steamed out wrinkles of hanging dresses. When I used mine, water dripped out of the iron, stained the top of my ironing board, unless I used best press, I couldn't get wrinkles out of one layer of fabric. When I used steam, my entire fabric was wet. Their customer service is terrible. Sent return labels to an entire different email (even though they repeated it back to me). Made it sound as if I didn't know what I was doing. I did. The reason I didn't send it back earlier was I thought I had messed up. I'm going on two weeks without an iron. Talked with them today-the iron may get sent out tomorrow. Go to your local store and buy one for a quarter of the price. This one isn't worth $200.00. I've been quilting for over twenty years and this is a piece of garbage.
