I am in agreement with the other reviews - only works at its best at the shows. I've encountered the leakage problems as well and apparently it has now "blown its gasket". I love the little travel iron that came with it but am not very happy with the full size iron. Did provide good steam initally but I didn't find that it worked well when vertical, i.e. steaming something on a hanger.

I live in the country and therefore it is hard to get service - I should have made the effort initially to return it in the first month or so.
