Having purchased H20 Mop X5 Cleaner My wife found from day one it to be nothing more than an expensive wet floor mop it fails to produce steam and purely dampens the cleaning pads with water so is of little use as a steam producing unit and of use for any purpose other than wet floor mopping which has been it sole use
