First mop returned to Thane Direct as it stopped producing steam. I was initially impressed when the unit was replaced only for the replacement to develop a fault less than 10 months later. Have been told by Thane that the warranty for the replacement unit is only valid from the original purchase date of the first faulty unit although of course I could let them repair or replace the other faulty machine at some considerable cost. NOT A HAPPY BUNNY. Will complain but feel my efforts will be in vain so no usable mop for me!
