STICK TO A MOP AND BUCKET!!!

I bought this after watching all the hype on various shopping channels i never buy off these as a rule but a friend had one and told me how good it was so i thought i would give it a try, well i gave it the benefit of the doubt and used it twice and it was boxed up and returned firstly i was convinced into getting extra warranty and spare cloths for it which then worked out in total of 170.00 for a mop!!!!! i have a granite floor in my kitchen and it left it all streaky i had to then go around with a normal mop to remove it no way would i recommend it to anyone i didint manage to use all the other extras on it but no stick to the old fashion mop and bucket with a bit of detergent in just waiting now for my refund apparently can take up too 28 days to come back it took them 5 seconds to take it rubbish!!
